Hi, lovely to be in this space with you.
I’m Kirstie, a Scottish based leadership & life coach.
I’m curious about the art of practicing self compassion through kindness, mindfulness & common humanity.
I hopefully wonder what these ways of being can unlock for us all, together.
It is my belief that every one of us has ALL that we need within. I love seeing and feeling how coaching allows us to access this much more quickly than we would do on our own.

Experience
As a qualified physiotherapist with over 25 years of clinical practice, before moving into full time leadership roles, I have an in-depth understanding of how our bodies respond to life physiologically and how this manifests within us physically and mentally.
I have over 30 years experience leading, being led, coaching and being coached in multiple health and social care organisations within Scotland & England.
I’m now growing my own coaching business alongside my paid leadership role (I enjoy it too much to leave!).

Credentials
I hold a Certificate in Advanced Coaching Practice which is underpinned by the Association for Coaching’s Competency Framework.
I have completed the International Futures Forum Competence in Complexity Programme where we explored the competencies that are required for the uncertainty and complexity we’re living in during the 21st century. I’m committed to demonstrating these competencies in effective, responsible & transformative action through my coaching and leadership.
I am a graduate from the Scottish Improvement Leader programme. This lead level training programme delivered by NHS Education Scotland is aimed to enable individuals to provide expert improvement science and systems thinking in their organisations along with a leadership and coaching mindset.
I have a Masters of Science (MSc) with a focus on collaborative practice, leadership & quality and an undergraduate degree in physiotherapy.
